Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Services
Regulates the qualifications and duties of occupational physicians and safety specialists to be assigned for OHS services.
This Regulation has been prepared based on Articles 6 and 30 of Law No. 6331 and regulates the procedures for OHS services in workplaces.
Occupational Physician Assignment
Employers are obliged to assign an occupational physician to carry out health and safety services.
Safety Specialist Classes
Safety specialists are divided into three classes: A, B and C.
