What is JOHS Unit (Joint Occupational Health and Safety Unit)?
JOHS Units are units authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security that provide occupational health and safety services to workplaces. Under Law No. 6331, businesses of certain sizes are required to receive these services.

Legal Obligation
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, employers are required to assign occupational physicians, safety specialists and other health personnel according to the number of employees and hazard class.
